The company's purpose is to own and operate restaurants and creating a leading brand in creative, delicious food, in quality and service. The Ginger logo is a registered trademark, internationally and also in China. Ginger has invested in several sites in Shanghai, including a new food production facility in 2008. The company is still self-financed. Ever since establishment Ginger has been evolving and changing, always ahead of its copies, targetting to offer a special dining experience for those who know how to appreciate it. Being cheap was never a target, mediocricity unacceptable, and we accept that scalability of such business model is not achievable.
